Just wear something comfortable to train in, like gym clothes and bring along a water bottle.
If you're still not sure after the Free Introductory Class, we offer a 3 Session Trial Pass for a small fee. As classes vary on different nights, this is a great way to give you an overall experience of the Hapkido training, before committing to joining.
