Adults Class
Adult classes go for 90 minutes and are structured to give you both a good physical work out, and time to train and learn new techniques. You can find an explanation of the techniques you will learn and the belts here in the AHA Syllabus.
Class Times
Monday: 7 pm - 8:30 pm
Wednesday: 7 pm - 8:30 pm
Saturday: 9am - 10am
A normal class varies a great deal in focus, but the basic components are:
- Warm Up Exercise
- Stretching
- Kicking & Hand Strikes
- Patterns & Drills
- Break falling
- Self Defense Techniques (locks and throws)
- Multiple self defense and/or light sparring
- Warm Down
