The next AHA camp is being held on the at Myuna Bay Sports and Recreation Centre.

The camp is a great mix of training and fun that will allow you make a huge leap in your understanding of Hapkido and at the same time meet other like-minded martial artists. In this environment you get to meet and train with other students and instructors, who are able to help and provide new challenges – including Aquakido, where Hapkido meets the swimming pool!

Note: There is a limit of 100 places at this camp, due to the number of beds available and the size of the training hall. Places will be allotted on a first come, first served basis. Preference will be given to persons booking for the full camp. Persons wishing to come for the day only will have their places confirmed only after all full camp attendees have been accommodated.

Its great to have some new white belts in class. It gives us all the chance to train and practice the fundamental principles of Hapkido.  No matter your belt or level, there is always something more to learn about every movement in Hapkido. At Pittwater we encourage training with ‘a beginners mind’.

Congratulations to all who attempted the Grading last Saturday, our first grading in the new dojang. It was great to see such great focus and spirit shown by all.

Just a friendly reminder that during Easter there will be no classes on the Saturday or Easter Monday, but we will see you back at training the following Wednesday.

We are having a colour belt grading for all those who have been training hard and spoken with the instructors regarding their intentions to grade.

We had a great turn out on Monday night to kick off training for 2012. Good to see plenty of the regulars as well as people from out of town come in to start the year training with us. Master Brown welcomed everyone back for the new year and discussed some of the details and changes for 2012.

2012 Adult classes begin Monday 30th
Pittwater Hapkido will start back on Monday 30th with 3 classes per week. We’re encouraging all to come in and get kicking for 2012. Regardless of level or ability, its a great time to start thinking about your training goals for this year. Please find the new class times below.

We’ve all been working hard over the break to get ready for the new year.  We’ve put together this website together to help us communicate better with every student in the club and provide a better way to grow the club in 2012.
